HERA PHERI

Well after those first days i started on the hunt to make friends - friends those were to remain forever...You may call it mutual sympathy, but very soon i made good rather very good friendship with two other oriya guys - Siddharth & Subhranshu, sympathy coz we were from the same place in this alien world...And thus was formed the group which was to call itself "the Hera Pheri" gang..

Wherever we went we were together... We became so close that if we didnt see each other for even an hour or so we used to hunt down each other...Spent countless minutes on phone talks, etc... I remember the mid-sem of 1st sem.. During those days we used to sit down together to study but did every other thing than study - sang, danced, teased each other, etc... And all this happened when the mid-sems were over our heads.. Though in the coming tests i can say that none of the guys studied until the night before the exam but none went to the extent of doing it in the very first test in college (coz u know its the first test & everybody wants to perform well in that coz nobody knows the pattern of the paper)...

And thus began a life of masti, a tightly bonded friendship that wasnt to break apart until we die or so they say!!!

THE FIRST FEW DAYS

Well!! What to say abt d 1st few days in d campus??

They were like ok,nothing much happened..I had spent 2 yrs in Kota getting coached for IIT(which unfortunately didnt happen), so didnt had much problem adjusting to hostel life...There were a few friends from Kota days which made my adjusting here even more easier..Within a few days i got a few more friends..I was among first few guys of our batch to have bought a comp..So,as expected many people used 2 come down banging my door for getting a few minutes of pleasure to which i used to refuse coldly(I must have made a few jealous hearts)..

Those days i used 2 sleep quiet early(according 2 most of my frnds i even do so now)..I remember my first late night in the campus..I had made a handful of frnds & one guy had Lord of The Rings DVD..As the next day was Sunday,we decided to watch the whole dvd overnight..But after sumtime we dropped d idea & played "Ohno" till 4..

The next day we went to Calangute beach,watched a movie at Inox had pizzas(yummy) at Domino's & then back..This was my first outing in Goa..
